The team is seeking a Business Process & Strategy Senior Analyst to join their team. This role is focused on enhancing business processes and developing strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data engineering and experience with Generative AI technologies, particularly in RAG and LLM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve business processes to optimize performance and efficiency.

- Explore and apply Generative AI technologies to enhance business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or strategy development.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience with Azure.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including RAG and LLM-based solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
