About this role
The team is seeking an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to lead the development, administration, and integration of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, focusing on ITSM and associated modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting customer requirements and driving the implementation of additional functionality across the Remedy ITSM landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development and administration of BMC Remedy Helpdesk, Atrium CMDB, ITSM, ARS 8.x/9.x.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement solutions that enhance the functionality of the Remedy ITSM suite.
- Perform system integrations and ensure smooth operation of ITSM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, including Helpdesk and CMDB modules.
- Proficiency in ARS 8.x/9.x and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in BMC Remedy development and administration.
