The team is seeking a Java Technical Lead with a strong background in Spring Frameworks to join their team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading software development projects and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of Java applications.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems using Spring Frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on Spring Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
