The team is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead their IT strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, focusing on technological innovation, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
- Manage IT budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech or MCA).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management or infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and executing IT strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and IT service management frameworks.
