About this role
As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IT department, ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business objectives, and overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure, security, systems administration, telecommunications, and cloud technology. You will also take a proactive approach in managing the company's IT resources, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in systems administration and network management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT management or a similar role.
