The team is seeking a skilled BI Platform Developer to join their team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, maintenance, and operational excellence of business intelligence systems, ensuring they are secure, stable, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to system design and ongoing maintenance of BI platforms.
- Document designs, policies, and procedures for BI systems.
- Cross-train team members across multiple platforms to enhance team capabilities.
- Manage ticketing work and service requests efficiently.
- Oversee deployments and ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor systems early in the morning (EST) and communicate any issues promptly.
- Maintain a 99.94% Service Level Agreement (SLA) through diligent system management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with MicroStrategy and other BI platforms.
- Proven track record in BI system/platform administration for at least 5 years.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective monitoring and issue resolution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in BI system/platform administration.
