The team is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with expertise in Python to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining backend services that empower Go-To-Market teams to excel in their sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable and efficient systems that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Python.
