About this role
The team is seeking a Backend Engineer specializing in Cloud & AI Integration to build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that support AI products and internal tools. This role will primarily focus on developing Python-based backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-native workflows on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with Full Stack Engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Create and manage data models and third-party integrations to enhance product capabilities.
- Implement cloud-native workflows and optimize performance on AWS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure high availability of services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with database management and data modeling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in backend development, particularly with cloud services and AI integration.
