About this role
The team is seeking a Full-stack Specialist to join their team, responsible for the development and maintenance of in-house applications. This role requires collaboration with other Engineers and Developers across different layers of the applications, emphasizing a commitment to problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-house applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Manage and mentor junior Engineers and Developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
