About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for software development and will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business goals. This role requires ensuring that the technologies used by the development team align with these goals while maintaining quality and timely delivery. The candidate may also be involved in other projects related to Digital India as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and development tasks.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Ensure code quality through best practices and testing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Understanding of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in backend development.
