About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join their team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using the Django framework. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality features that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable APIs and data models.
- Integrate backend systems with third-party services and e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure, reliable code.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Django and Python.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with database management systems, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
