About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Azure Integration Engineering Manager to lead their integration engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement integration solutions using Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality integration solutions on time.
- Stay updated on the latest Azure technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Azure integration technologies and services.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in integration engineering or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
