About this role
The team is seeking an Azure DevOps Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their team. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of DevOps practices and tools within the organization, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Azure DevOps pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance CI/CD practices.
- Provide guidance and best practices for using Azure DevOps services effectively.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure DevOps environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps processes and tools.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on Azure DevOps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps practices, with a focus on Azure technologies.
