About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services (Azure Pipelines) and Git-based workflows.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, and/or Terraform for repeatable environment provisioning.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration platforms such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
- Automate build, test, release, and rollback processes; integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in DevOps methodologies are followed.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps practices and tools.
