About this role
The team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join their growing DevOps team. In this pivotal role, you will manage, design, and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure. You will lead initiatives that enhance the efficiency of the development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure best practices in cloud security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DevOps practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.
- Proficient in CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in DevOps or related fields, with a focus on Azure technologies.
