About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrating both cloud-hosted and on-premises software development and testing systems. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development lifecycle by implementing best practices in DevOps methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain cloud-hosted and on-premises development environments.
- Manage and optimize source control systems, including GIT and TFS/DevOps.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using various build systems such as Microsoft build tools and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with development teams to build software systems targeting multiple operating systems, including Windows, Windows CE, and Linux.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software builds and deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in source control systems like GIT and TFS/DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Jenkins.
- Familiarity with software development for multiple operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps and software development.
