About this role
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join the team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud data engineering, specifically with Azure technologies, and will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
- Work with Azure SQL Database and Azure Synapse Analytics to manage and analyze data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data solutions align with business needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and best practices in data engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Familiarity with data governance and data security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering, with a focus on Azure technologies.
