About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect to lead data architecture initiatives and drive data strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Warehousing and Data Analytics, with a focus on designing and implementing robust data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models using various methodologies such as dimensional modeling, data vault, and 3rd Normalization.
- Develop common and reusable domain-specific data sets for Data Lakes.
- Create and manage PowerBI Tabular models for self-service analytics.
- Utilize Azure data platform tools including ADF, Synapse, Databricks, and Zen2 storage for data integration and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture aligns with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of overall experience in Data Warehousing or Data Analytics.
- Solid experience in data modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in Azure data platform tools and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience: 10-15 years in data architecture or related fields.
