About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AWS Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of their Agentic System. This role requires a strong background in AWS technologies and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of the Agentic System using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.
- Implement and manage IAM policies, SCPs, and other security measures to ensure system integrity.
- Utilize Terraform and AWS CDK for infrastructure as code solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock, AgentCore, and IAM.
- Proficient in Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC and MCP.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in a technical leadership role, with a focus on AWS solutions.
