About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled AWS Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving successful AWS modernization projects, ensuring that production systems are running efficiently, and legacy systems are effectively retired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure to support modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
- Utilize Aedeon, our proprietary agent platform, to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid deployment cycles.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with a focus on AWS environments.
