About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AVP Senior Fullstack Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that enhance the functionality of the team banking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices into development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in fullstack development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
