The team is seeking an experienced AVP - IT Vendor Manager to join their Digital & Technology (D&T) team. This role is pivotal in transforming how the organization operates, leveraging technology and data to drive business solutions and enhance customer connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring service level agreements are met and maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and vendor capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize costs and services.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform vendor strategy.
- Lead vendor audits and assessments to ensure compliance and performance standards.

- Proven experience in vendor management within an IT context.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Experience:
