The team is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Automation Testing to join their expanding quality engineering team. This role is integral to designing and automating tests for Web and POS applications, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation frameworks for testing applications.
- Establish and maintain QA best practices across the team.
- Write comprehensive test scenarios and execute tests, both manually and using automated tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, business analysts, product owners, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks relevant to web and POS applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in leading QA teams and projects.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in automation testing and quality assurance.
