About this role
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automation tools and be proficient in utilizing GenAI technologies to improve testing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively within a team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement testing strategies.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Utilize GenAI technologies to enhance testing processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to the overall growth of the testing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in automation testing and quality assurance.
