About this role
The team is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps to manage testing processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for database validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
