The team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager with expertise in UiPath to lead their automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied AI and agentic automation, driving the transition from automation projects to production-grade systems that enhance workflows and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Ensure governance and compliance in automation projects, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with UiPath and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of applied AI concepts and agentic automation.
- Experience in managing teams and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in automation engineering or related fields, with a focus on UiPath.
