About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer (SDET) to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and a passion for enhancing software quality through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C#.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and identify testing requirements.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming experience in C#.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Experience with testing web applications and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in automation testing and software development.
