About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and commission industrial automation solutions for large-scale manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC programming, SCADA/MES integration, OPC UA standards, and industrial communication networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and Mitsubishi programming environments.
- Integrate SCADA and MES systems to enhance operational efficiency and data management.
- Ensure compliance with OPC UA standards and implement industrial communication protocols.
- Conduct commissioning activities and provide technical support during project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in PLC programming and industrial automation solutions.
- Proficiency in SCADA/MES integration and knowledge of OPC UA standards.
- Familiarity with industrial communication networks and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in automation engineering, particularly in large-scale manufacturing environments.
