About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in Selenium for a 6-month contractual role based in Pune. This is an onsite opportunity that requires a dedicated professional who can contribute to the development and execution of automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Manage and optimize test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop and implement automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and automation testing tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
