The team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing automation opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze automation opportunities from a business perspective to prioritize initiatives for implementation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify operational pros and cons and develop feasible solutions.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create User Requirement Specifications (URS) for automation projects and validate solutions.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors, managing vendor relationships for automation projects.
- Facilitate new vendor development in consultation with relevant teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in automation engineering or a similar role.
