About this role
The team is a Global Capability Centre (GCC) for a leading software product company headquartered in London. They are an established, multinational technology company developing cutting-edge software products for the UK and European markets. As part of their innovative and dynamic team, they are expanding rapidly and are looking for an Automation Engineer to join them on their exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations across critical systems and services.
- Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Jenkins, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience: 3-5 years in automation engineering or a related field.
