About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to take the lead on their Application Server projects, specifically focusing on the Agnity Application Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the application server while adapting to new technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features and enhancements for the Agnity Application Server.
- Maintain and optimize the performance of existing applications.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience in Java for performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
- Ensure sound knowledge and application of SIP and SS7 protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Java and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Readiness concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of SIP and SS7 protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in automation and application server management.
