About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead their automation initiatives across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile, web, and API automation, along with significant experience in CI/CD integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation frameworks for mobile (Appium), web (Selenium), and API (REST) applications.
- Lead the development of CI/CD integration test automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide team members in automation best practices and test strategies.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting using JIRA.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in test automation, with at least 4-6 years in an architect role.
- Strong experience in mobile banking automation and core banking systems (3-5 years).
- Proficiency in CI/CD integration and test automation concepts (2-4 years).
- Familiarity with JIRA for defect management (2-3 years).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in test automation, with a focus on architecture and design.
