About this role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Atlassian Developer to join the team’s team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting and developing Java-based Atlassian applications, such as Jira and Confluence. You will be responsible for managing server configurations, performance tuning, and providing system-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Atlassian server environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
- Provide system-level support and troubleshooting for Atlassian applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing Atlassian applications.
- Manage database configurations and ensure data integrity and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Java-based Atlassian applications, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of system administration and configuration management.
- Proficient in scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with database management and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in a similar role.
