About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Quality Division to support and coordinate the implementation of Cyber Security Management Systems (CSMS) and Software Update Management Systems (SUMS). This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and conducting internal audits within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of CSMS and SUMS in the Quality Division.
- Perform internal audits and assessments for CSMS and SUMS.
- Ensure CSMS and SUMS compliance during new project development.
- Conduct classroom training and coaching related to CSMS and SUMS requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Cyber Security Management Systems and Software Update Management Systems within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in Cyber Security are a plus.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of working experience in Cyber Security Management Systems and Software Update Management Systems, specifically in the automotive sector.
