About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Technical Lead in Quality Assurance to take end-to-end ownership of quality for one or more products or modules. This role will primarily focus on manual testing while also being heavily involved in test strategy, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage QA processes for assigned areas, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Understand product requirements and design effective test approaches.
- Execute tests and coordinate with global engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide clear and timely updates to management regarding testing progress and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manual testing and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong understanding of test strategy and planning.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in QA and testing roles.
