About this role
The team is seeking a results-driven Associate Technical Architect to lead their application development team. In this role, you will consult with senior managers on application requirements, incorporate desired functionalities into application development plans, and supervise application development stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and define application requirements.
- Develop and implement application development plans that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the application development process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend technical solutions that enhance application performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform development strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud services and modern development tools is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in application development or related field, with a focus on architecture and design.
