About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Specialist - Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features in accordance with product functional specifications and design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features based on product specifications.
- Interact with senior/lead architects to understand and document technical requirements.
- Develop unit test cases and assist the testing team during integration testing.
- Proactively address bugs and errors identified by the testing team and provide timely fixes.
- Provide regular status updates to the Reporting Manager.
- Offer technical support during implementation efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant development experience.
