The team is seeking an Associate - Senior SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in ABAP to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on advanced IT solutions that enhance market infrastructure and services, contributing to the development of innovative approaches for financial institutions and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP HCM solutions using ABAP programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP HCM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to improve system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP HCM modules and ABAP programming.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting and ABAP development.
