About this role
The team is seeking an Associate IT Asset Analyst to join their Asset Management team, focused on either Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM). This role is ideal for someone early in their asset management career who is looking to build deep expertise in one discipline while learning the fundamentals of the other.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of IT assets, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established processes.
- Support the Asset Manager in executing daily tasks related to asset tracking and reporting.
- Participate in audits and assessments to verify asset inventory and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze asset-related data.
- Help maintain documentation and records related to asset management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT asset management or a related area.
- Familiarity with asset management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
