The team is seeking an Associate Director of Application Development to lead and enhance their software development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in application development, with expertise in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
