About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Engineer specializing in MDM with VMware Workspace ONE. This role is designed for a Level 3 Engineer who will serve as a subject-matter expert in a multi-tenant Workspace ONE Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, supporting approximately 30 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing shared managed-service tenants, dedicated customer SaaS consoles, and legacy on-premises deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated incident resolution and technical governance.
- Oversee integrations and ensure seamless operation across all supported customer environments.
- Plan and execute upgrades while maintaining system stability and performance.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with VMware Workspace ONE and MDM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of multi-tenant environments and SaaS management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Experience in automation tools and scripting languages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT engineering, with a focus on MDM and VMware Workspace ONE.
