About this role
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation within the team’s organization. This leadership position requires collaboration with stakeholders in both India and the U.S. to align business strategies with organizational goals. The AVP will also serve as the Office Manager for the Gurugram office, overseeing site leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies.

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Gurugram office.
- Oversee people management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in operations or management roles.
