About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Training Manager to oversee and enhance training programs that align with business objectives. In this role, you will manage the entire training process from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training programs from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver a variety of training sessions, including process training, soft skills training, product training, and team handling sessions for clients.
- Conduct training analysis to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives are integrated and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training program management, with a focus on both technical and soft skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze training needs and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with training tools and methodologies, as well as experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in training and development roles.
