The team is seeking an Assistant Risk Analytics Manager to support Credit Risk analytical efforts for their UK-based risk and compliance functions. This role is pivotal in enhancing the risk analytics capabilities and providing valuable insights to Senior Management and internal risk committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ad hoc analytical requests from the risk and compliance functions and business stakeholders.
- Assist in the enhancement of risk analytics capabilities within the organization.
- Provide periodic second line of defense reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the alignment of risk analytics with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk analytics or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with credit risk models and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in risk analytics or a related field.
