The team is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee multi-specialty clients and collaborate with onshore teams, quality assurance, and training departments. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of accurate, efficient, and compliant medical coding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of medical coders, ensuring high standards of coding accuracy.
- Collaborate with various teams to handle quality escalations proactively.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to drive performance.
- Monitor and evaluate coding processes, implementing improvements as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical coding and operations management.
- Strong understanding of coding standards and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in operations management or a related field, with a focus on medical coding.
