Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine visual merchandising approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for merchandising and analytics.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or operations management.
