About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Technology Transfer to support their operations in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing technology transfer processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facilitating effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and implement instructions from the Manager or General Manager.
- Ensure adherence to proper gowning and de-gowning procedures as per GMP standards.
- Keep superiors informed about all developments within the department.
- Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company rules, regulations, and policies.
- Issue guidelines and directives to subordinates for scheduling technology transfer activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless technology transfer processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of technology transfer projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in technology transfer or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
