The team is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for their Rural Term Loan division. This role is essential for managing and enhancing the performance of Individual Business Associates (IBAs) in the rural finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and screen potential IBAs based on fitment and profile.
- Ensure all necessary criteria are met before profiles are submitted for enrollment.
- Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the central support team.
- Maintain daily communication with recruited IBAs and provide updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive metrics related to IBA logins and talk time.
- Generate leads and business in alignment with the business plan.
- Dynamically allocate resources to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of rural finance and loan products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and drive performance.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial services or rural finance management.
