We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Assistant Manager for our Reporting and Compliance function, specifically within the Record to Report (R2R) area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role within a listed company and will be based in Mumbai, with frequent travel to our Mumbai office required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Record to Report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance data integrity.
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in reporting and compliance, preferably in a listed company.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
